Hello, the configuration page is not present in WP 3D Thingviewer Lite….it is only for the premium version WP 3D Thingviewer that you can purchase on Code Canyon.

The demo page is referred to the premium version.

The problem is related to the fact that the full screen thingviewer is not correctly positioned in front of the menu, so the buttons are displayed below the menu.

Another problems is that the ESC key, that should be able to exit from the fullscreen mode, is not working.

I will solve both bugs as soon as possible and I will inform you replying to this ticket.

Hello, the javascript code needed is loaded all from the plugin forlder, not from external sources.
If you see this message usually if because you have some sort of javascript code blocker, usually from antivirus or browser popup blocker like “NoScript”.
Can you give me the URL of the page that give you the error so I can try to understand what’s going on?

Hello, usually when this type of error is given it means that there are some problems loading the 3d model from the file: wrong file version (with GLB older file) or file too big.
