I’ve just suffered the same fate as AnthonyMagro with my WordPress user account having been deleted. I’ve followed esmi’s link relating to using phpMyAdmin to open my wp_users table in my wordpress database. My Wordpres userid is acehimself so I was expecting to see acehimself as the first user but I dont, instead I see admin as the user id. I am reluctant to change password for admin in here (as described in esmi’s first link) in case I worsen the problem. Can anyone please help me?

Hello My website has been hacked and everything has gone; when I go to the website url I see only ‘hacked by hacker’. I have been using this backup and have backups but dont know how to go about actually restoring from the backup file. My WordPress account is not letting me in, and was hacked.

I’ve just upgraded to 2.1.2 and have previously successfully granted Google drive access, and for the first time for me this backup has worked.

When I click the Manual Backup button (which is a great idea) I get the following message.

Warning: set_time_limit() [function.set-time-limit]: Cannot set time limit in safe mode in /home/tftf1153/public_html/wp-content/plugins/backup/backup.php on line 362

The Backup file gets created okay (45Mb) but then times out upon upload to Google Drive “The upload process timed out but can be resumed. Managed to upload 5.53% of the file. The upload speed was 97 kB/s.”

I don’t know how to resume the upload process but can manually upload the zip file using FTP.

I appreciate your efforts in making this backup plugin, and persisting in moving it towards perfection.

I do have visitors to my site https://t1financials.com.au/ but I still get no backups occurring. If you click my site will that be enough to trigger a backup?

wow that’s fantastic Dave, I really appreciate your amazing service. I’ll probably just wait for the update rather than adjust .searchform class myself as I’m not confident enough to attempt these adjustments. Thanks again for your wonderful widget and help!
