In reply to: [SlimStat Analytics] Is it possible to import stats history from Jetpack?Thank you for your quick reply. I may still bite the bullet, your responsiveness is a definite plus.
I have been running SS next to JP and find notable difference between the reported numbers. Is this normal? And what makes them count different number of page views?

I switched to Icegram Express. I recommend it, it works, and the people behind it are responsive.
Yet another related question; is it possible to request that the site be reviewed again to remove the commercial classification? If it is, what is the process? I do not have affiliate links although I review products and receive no payments for that. On every review, you will see a disclaimer that there are no affiliate links in the article.
Please advise how to proceed to remove the commercial designation of my site.
Another user asking a related question alerted me to the possibility of my site being treated as commercial. It is hard to know what the determining factors may be, but I do not have a store, and so far I have not sold any of my photographs online although I encourage people to inquire about them.
A related question I have is this: If I switch to another stats plugin, is it possible to transfer my site stats history to that plugin? I am getting uncomfortable with Jetpack directions and site evaluations.
Thank you.
Thank you, you have been most helpful.
I would recommend Icegram Express. They also provide very good support. The plugin works very well. I was able to export my Subscribe2 database table from cPanel using phpMyAdmin, as Subscribe2 export did not work. I imported the e-mail list with no problem to Icegram.
Good morning! I have already switched to another plugin.

In reply to: [Firelight Lightbox] Lightbox image too smallThere is one difference I noticed between lightbox versions. FB V2 allows the screen and the image to scroll when the lightbox is active but the Classic Reloaded does not. This is just an observation.

In reply to: [Firelight Lightbox] Lightbox image too smallThat worked! If I put a checkmark in the box, a smaller image appears. However, removing the checkmark displays the images correctly. And, the fading works as well. Thank you.

In reply to: [Firelight Lightbox] Lightbox image too smallIn the above mentioned folder there are three more screen captures. One shows the device pixel ratio when using Firefox. The other two are the screen captures with an image displayed in the lightbox and in an empty tab. You will notice that the image sizes appear identical. There is also a rule overlaid with the reading hand positioned on the right edge of the image. In both instances it reads 1557 pixels. Now, multiply the device pixel ratio, 2.2222222222222 by 700!
This was not happening when I used V2 lightbox. I thought I would share my observations with the hope that it may possibly help fine-tuning the algorithm that scales the images.

In reply to: [Firelight Lightbox] Lightbox image too smallI switched the lightbox version to FancyBox Classic Reloaded and the image sizes returned to their larger selves. However, that version does not support the new fade option but stretches the images. I will leave it that way until you look further into the issue. Look at my site and see how the lightbox works.
Thank you,
Cemal

In reply to: [Firelight Lightbox] Lightbox image too smallThank you for looking into this issue. I would like to provide a little more information with the hope that it may point at something:
- This is a laptop, Lenovo Yoga, with a resolution of 3200 x 2000.
- Since at that resolution, nothing is legible, it has a setting to magnify everything 200% effectively making the screen 1600 x 1000
- Recently, I also read about Device Pixel Ratio that may determine how things are displayed and how some software may adjust dimension. I don’t know more beyond the general concept.
- Images I add using an image block display as expected, but if they are clickable their size shrinks like any other lightbox presentation
I will try the other lightbox versions and wait.
Take care,
Cemal
That worked! I even logged out and was able to login again with the offending user ID and password.
Thank you,
Cemal
Thank you for the quick reply. As I said in my message, I tried that but I was immediately blocked again. There is no way that I can gain access to the site to check those settings. I can login with the same user ID and password after I disable Wordfence by renaming its folder. This is the proverbial Catch-22 situation!
Update: I tried enabling Wordfence to see if I can use one of the other links to unlock all the IP numbers but I cannot even get an e-mail sent to my address now. I had to disable Wordfence again without being able to check any of the settings and disable some.
