So regarding plugins, I disabled almost everything and tried different combinations, each time it’s when I disable the wholesale plugin that fixes it.

Other than custom css, is there a way to tidy up the registration form that comes with the plugin? E.g. labels above the input box/field etc?

I sure can, the problem is the site is being built while the old one is new, it requires adding in the IP address in your hosts file for the server (siteground).
