This plugin will not work with ajax add to cart option,

We tried to submit https://krishkusuma.ml/product/little-pony-susun-3/ after disabling my browser JavaScript and it get submitted, see:https://snag.gy/MHjhTm.jpg

You have disable this ajax add to cart option from Ocean WP settings in order to function this plugin properly

Can you please share the link for the site so that we can have a check.
We have tried installing oceanwp theme and it works fine at our end.
If you are using any ajax add to cart option, please try disabling that.

Are you able to view this data in order details in site backend?

We can assign forms to products in two ways
1) By categories
Set a category from the right side panel when creating a form. Consider if you assigned a form to category “Accessories”, this form will be showing for all products under category “Accessories”.

2) Product wise assigning:
In this method, user can choose form each products by going product edit page.

Both methods are showing in the video provide in plugin page.

Can you confirm by which method you have assigned a product?
And also it would be helpful if you share the site link

It is actually showing the addon on details in Cart page, Check out page and Order confirmation page and also in the emails that received at both Admin and user.
Are you asking any other places to show this details apart from what i mentioned here?

This issue is due to a conflict between woocommerce and theme styles

Can you please share the url of your site so that we can have a look at it and figure out the issue. Otherwise please share the which theme you are using in this site.

We are launching soon updated version of this plugin, this issue will be fixed on that new version.

We haven’t done anything now to fix this:). It might be a temporary issue.

There it is using some prefixes like ‘CPO_text_key_Name’ to identify the data for the plugin, this prefix will trim at the end of checkout process. Not sure why in this particular case it hadn’t got trimmed.

We are working on a new version of this plugin with more options, it can avoid such situation in this new version.

And we are not able to check the site you shared, it doesn’t allow to checkout, showing PayPal error. What is the version of Woocommerce you are using?
