Sadly this can’t be done via css so to do it comment line 57 of customize-wp-admin.php

Yes, everything is like a normal uninstall from a plugin but somehow my wordpress keeps looking for that file everytime a page is loaded

I think you misunderstood me, the file was deleted on uninstall but my site kept looking for it when a page loaded. I manually created the file in that location so i wouldn’t get many 404 errors on my log. For the moment i deleted it and if you use a tool like Pindgom Tools you will see a 404 error from that file. i have tried installing and uninstaling the plugin, also cleared cache and cloudflare cache but i still find it loading :S
