If you haven’t, set file permission 777 on the .php file for the plugin. IIRC that is needed, I just did it as I’m used to it.

Then go to edit the plugin, pick List Children, search on the page for “I ran” without quotes. Then add double slashes before “echo” on that line, or remove the row completely.

Done!

Yes I used your query ?? and my problem came due to the navigation ending up behind all the floated divs! I did not notice that until I added the page title, then the nav ended up below that. I solved it all by adding a div with clear below all the floats ??

Woohoo ?? I had setup my own loop and page template, but I had no idea how to get the posts! Thanks! Everything works now, except pagination!

My page template is nothing special, it uses your code, and then calls for the custom loop .php which mostly is a copy of the original but with different formatting…

Is the pagination breaking because it is a page using a page template, or do I have do add something manually? I will continue to read up on this too…

Hmm, seems it started working anyway. Perhaps WP-Super-Cache is giving me troubles, it has happened before >_>

Hoh! My host admin mailed me the log, and it was Upload+ freaking out! I noticed it is not needed anymore as WP automagically does what I want (if it is not another plugin) so no loss there! Weird that it did not break until I moved server though. Oh well!

Right now it seems like the site works fine, so it was the PHP version that had me spooked. 5 works way better than 4.

The server which hosts my site currently runs PHP 4.4.X. I tried installing my blog on a local server instance which runs PHP 5.2.X, and then upgrading WP to 2.7. It went perfect and editing etc works as intended.

I am still not sure if this is the actual cause for my problem, or if I messed up the actual upgrading, but my kind hosting administrator suggested a move to a server with PHP 5.X.X, so that is what is going to happen.

I will post again if that solves my problem on the actual site.

** UPDATE **

I tried to botch up my upgrade on my local instance by not deactivating the plugins, and it still worked under PHP 5, so I guess it was not the plugins but the PHP version, will see when the migration is finished.

I have this problem now as well. But for me I think it might have to do with the upgrade to Flash Player 10… I don’t get the file dialogue in FF3, IE6 or Chrome… :/ Kind of annoying.
