We are getting the same problem. Have only noticed today – we are running the latest version of the plugin. Have tried rolling back a version of the plugin but still get the same problem.

yes we are finding the same fatal error being caused by the recent update of this plugin.

The problem I have is that the issue is fine now and I can’t replicate it by doing anything, it just seems to keep happening every few days.

Today I managed to get things back by deactivating all plugins and upgrading php to version 8. Upon reactivating all plugins the problem has gone away but I am not convinced it is fixed?

I can’t run a conflict test therefore as it is all fine at the moment.

Any suggestions or do I wait to see what happens, perhaps hoping the php upgrade has fixed the problem?

Thanks for your reply, could you please explain where the “Custom CSS” module is that you refer to? I’m not sure what you are referring to – is it in Booster, WooCommerce or elsewhere?

The field is the gift aid check box but description not showing.

We have been having the same issue since update 4.8. The emails are received but the user only gets a spinning wheel and no message to say the form has been sent. Downgrading to 4.7 means the plugin still works.

We keep checking the updated versions in the hope the problem has been fixed, but 4.9.1 still doesn’t work.

I’ve been having the opposite problem on two sites, both with different themes (one of which is Oxygen). I don’t want the sharing buttons to appear on the front page, just the posts. I have deselected all options but posts on the Share settings but it still appears on the front page.

Any suggestions?

I should have said that I have also tried uploading a new image to the latest post to see if that helped. But it is that which is the error message as above.
