Thank you for being with us, This issue can happen when there is a declaration of more than one wp_footer in your footer.php file, as per wordpress theme development documentation, there must be only one wp_footer in your theme footer file, just before the closing body. https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Function_Reference/wp_footer

But still, we have added condition to not happen issue from our plugin for such cases, So please update the plugin to version 4.2.5 and it will resolve this issue.

The icons on your footer with heading We Are Social is a widget, that you can manage at Appearance >> Widgets.

The other icon staying at the very bottom left of your website is the floating social media icon, the icons that fly and floats.

As per our review, your website have some javascript breaking issues, may be from other plugin or theme. and This breaking breaks our plugin animation. This is the reason the icon staying there without any moving/fly animation.

So consult your web designer/developer and identify the issue and resolve it. It not only breaks our plugin but can break any other plugins which use javascript/jquery.

Here is the official response for this issue:-

Technically, when a plugin is deactivated/deleted. There is 100% no chance for the plugin elements to display in the website. In this case, Its 100% sure that, if the plugin is deactivated or deleted, it should never show the under construction landing page to the users from the plugin.

The possible cases:-
1) If your wordpress installation have a cache plugin, like w3total cache or any other caching modules, It can show the cache to the visitors. The solution is to clear the cache.

2) Some servers have cacheing enabled by default at server end, for eg:cloudflare, This can also show the visitors the cache of the page. Again the possible solution is to identify the cache settings and clear the cache.

I hope the users who posted the issues on this thread, got their cache cleared in some way manually, or got cleared after few days, as per their cache configuration expiry time. So they have not came back to post their response.

Hope this helps, and if you are still facing the issue, consult your designer/hosting provider and ask them if your website is showing cache and if so, how you can clear them.

FYI: This wordpress support forum is only for support and questions regarding our basic version, and for paid addons/plugins, you needs to contact the support desk directly via email or support ticket at our customer portal.

There is no other chance other than cache, it can be cache from cache plugin, or some security plugins also provide cache facility, some server also have cache.

If you are using CDN services or services like cloudflare, those system also have cache.

Please make sure, the caches are cleared and it will be perfect.

As of now, there is no option to pick a feature from our under construction page to show on page or post using shortcode.

But using our Page Policy Manager, You can include or exclude posts and pages to Show/Hide Maintenance Page,

So Lets say, if you wish to make a landing page for an upcoming event, you can create and set the page policy in a way, which Show Under Maintenance Page only to that event page. So your website will be public, and only that event page shows the under construction page.
