I have checked your settings and it is not blocked, you just set filters for the widget. Please check your star rating filter (it is set to 5 star only) and there is another one, only stars, which means, you have set it to show reviews without text. With these conditions, you have only 3 reviews, therefore you see only 3 reviews.

As I see, you have critical error because of your site is not configured for more memory usage (you have run out of allowed memory of PHP).

After you have moved your site to another provider, you have to double check the system setups, also your memory settings as well. I think, the problem comes from this part.

Also, if your Elementor doesn’t allow you to edit your site, then the problem comes from Elementor, not from our plugin, so you should ask them, why you cannot delete a shortcode from that site. (just an idea)

Finally, I want to ask you that you have sent us two different errors, so which error is now actual? The last “our of memory” error only?

Please provide us a troubleshooting tab content from your Trustindex plugin settings, in order to investigate the problem.

Sorry to hear that your design break down sometimes, but as I see, the widget is working now perfectly on your test site. Since you cannot replicate the issue, then we cannot investigate the problem from there, please let the widget on the test site for a while, then if it is breaking the design again, please send us the test site URL again, for investigating the issue.

Until then, you can paste the widget into your langing page as well, if it is working perfectly. (please try to paste it with script tags or shortcode as well)

We are sorry to hear that. The free plugin only show up to 10 reviews after the profile connect, then after 14 days, you can request the newest reviews, but it may take some time to download your reviews after requests or connects. Please retry to connect your profile, then we will update your reviews if you send us request after 14 days.

Also, if you have problems with connect, please send us your troubleshoot tab’s content from plugin’s settings, then we can find out what happened in the background. In that case, we would be grateful, if you could send us your URL, what you wanted to connect it.

Review downloading may take some time (up to 1 day). Thanks for you patience, and try it out again if you want.
