Please check these versions, update our plugins, if necessary, then if there is still problems, please send us the content under plugins’ Troubleshoot tab and maybe the server log files as well.

In reply to: [Widgets for Google Reviews] Error while trying to run this pluginHello @frks2007!
I also checked your Apache log and it seems to be clear of any errors which would related to our plugin.
I suggest you to send us the following details:
– please check your JS console, if there is any problem with it.
– please enable your debug mode on local WordPress to detect any problems. You can set it in wp-config.php file (there is a guide to set it up: https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/) or you can download the Debug Bar plugin from available plugin list in WordPress. You can send these info with screenshots or just copy and paste them to this conversation.
Thanks in advance!
Adam

In reply to: [WP Tripadvisor Review Widgets] css file could not be savedHello @kainette!
We have solved the problem with the plugin’s 7.11 version. Please check your plugin version and upgrade it, if you don’t have the latest version. Next, if you have checked the “Enable CSS internal loading” checkbox, then you can uncheck it and try out the newest version of plugin.
Thank you for your patience!
