Looks like the table wasn’t created properly. Try reinstalling the plugin after applyng the fix that I suggested at the start of this thread.

Connect to your server through an ftp client and look for a php error_log in your wordpress root and within the wp-admin section.

FIXED!

For anyone else experiencing the same problem, do as follows:
1) Edit class.bbpress_like.php and on line 92, change TYPE= for ENGINE=

TYPE has been deprecated. Have fun!

By the way, 1. – the edit signature is now removed from the main wordpress profile aswell as removing the redundant additional one on the bb profile – is this deliberate?

Hi Joachim,

Thanks for this. However, it solves one problem and causes another. Doing as you suggested causes the blog base url and a few other pages to show the same sidebar settings as the bbpress user profile. I imagine this is because it’s set to “singular” on authors.

Any idea when the next version is due?
