Hi @dwpro
We haven’t seen any issues currently with WP post gallery and lazy load. I just tested it and didn’t see any issues.
What specifically is breaking? Can you share a screenshot of what you are seeing or, better yet, can you point us to a place where we can see the issue in action? It may be helpful if you can share the system info from the support tab of the EWWW IO plugin settings either in a pastebin link or directly to us: https://ewww.io/contact-us/

In reply to: [EWWW Image Optimizer] Changing Back from WebpHi @henrybaum
You just need to turn off WebP, you don’t need to optimize again. When our plugin generates a WebP version, that version exists next to your original JPG/PNG for fallback purposes.
If you then want to get rid of all of those WebP versions, there is a button in the Tools->EWWW IO menu to remove them.

In reply to: [EWWW Image Optimizer] “Image Optimizer Not Running”Sorry, I should clarify that those are the base recommended (not necessarily required) stats for WordPress… there are legacy versions where you can use MySQL 5.5.5 but those are EOL and would be a security risk.

In reply to: [EWWW Image Optimizer] “Image Optimizer Not Running”Hi @integrisorb
Are you using an updated version of MySQL or MariaDB? For reference, WordPress requires MySQL 8.0 or MariaDB 10.5 or greater.

In reply to: [EWWW Image Optimizer] How to disabled lazyload for embeds?I would recommend having a look at the lazy load documentation: https://docs.ewww.io/article/74-lazy-load
You can exclude any item by adding it to the Lazy Load exclusion box. Depending on how your embeds are defined, if there is a common aspect to them (i.e. embed), you could put that in the exclusion box and it won’t be lazy loaded. For example, there are often times conflicts with iframe and lazy load so adding ‘iframe’ (without the quotes) can help with that.
Alternatively, you can add the ‘skip-lazy’ or ‘data-skip-lazy’ class to any element and the lazy load will be excluded.

In reply to: [EWWW Image Optimizer] Skip lazy for figureWe’re having a look at this. Note that you can put the name of the image or some signifier in the lazy load exclusion box and it will exclude this.

In reply to: [EWWW Image Optimizer] Access token has expired, please reload the page.Given that EWWW has a nonce refresh built-in and now having a little more information and having seen a different question posted in the other support, I think you are referring to the Force Regenerate Thumbnails plugin for all of this.

In reply to: [EWWW Image Optimizer] Which Option to select? (I am using cloudflare)Hello @shahvez13
In short: you will want to use JS WebP.
For more information, this document talks about the different WebP delivery methods: https://docs.ewww.io/article/119-webp-delivery
And this one specifically mentions that when using Cloudflare, you have to use an HTML-based method or their Polish feature: https://docs.ewww.io/article/120-webp-delivery-with-cdns-content-delivery-networks
