In reply to: [EWWW Image Optimizer] Enabling the plugin increases initial page loadHi @sanalj
I checked the page and it’s loading very quickly for me: https://ibb.co/bdqNXkz
I checked it without the CDN and it was quite a bit slower. Can you try in an incognito window? Note that the CDN will take a little to warm the cache up, but loading the page a few times and then checking in an incognito window should get you CDN cache hits.

In reply to: [EWWW Image Optimizer] Access token has expired, please reload the page.Hi @mcdeth
The only other time I’ve seen that error is when the site was running into a memory issue. There is an option to add a delay in the Bulk Optimizer window. Can you try putting a delay in between each image and trying again?

In reply to: [EWWW Image Optimizer] medium_large – 768 x 9999 not createdHello @dylandawg
Really the only functionality that EWWW IO provides for this type of resize management is the ability to disable creation and/or optimization. If there are settings to adjust the size of your registered thumbnail sizes, it wouldn’t be something our plugin would affect.
You could potentially generate a debug log from our plugin to see how it’s managing the images. To do that, enable debugging in the support tab, click clear log so you get a fresh log, then upload a new image. Then you can go back to the plugin and click on download log (and disable debugging). Then send it over to us either via a pastebin.com or directly: https://ewww.io/contact-us/ and we can help interpret what it’s doing.

In reply to: [Force Regenerate Thumbnails] Can the plug-in run from cronHello @sannjas
Short answer: no, there isn’t a way to run this daily.
Long answer: That would be a really bad idea. Having something regenerate your thumbnails every day would be very detrimental to your server, especially since you mention you have lots of pages and articles added per month, and, not only that, it would be relatively pointless. If you’ve just added content, you shouldn’t need to regenerate your thumbnails; they should be generated when the images are uploaded.
Generally, you would only want to regenerate your thumbnails when you change themes or manually adjust your image sizes that are registered or something like that, all of which are manual processes.

In reply to: [EWWW Image Optimizer] CDN is down? Had to disable pluginHi @bchpdigital
That API outage that bunny experienced wouldn’t have affected the CDN functionality. That particular issue only affected statistics endpoints, so very minimal impact. I would recommend updating the plugin (we released an update yesterday) and re-activating and, if you are still having issues, since this is a premium service, contact us directly and we can look into it: https://ewww.io/contact-us/

In reply to: [EWWW Image Optimizer] WebP not served when using CDN with WP RocketI checked your site and I am seeing WebP images coming through the CDN. Can you check in the Network tab of the Dev console and check the mime-type of the images? They should show as WebP. You may want to check in an incognito window to make sure it’s not browser cached.
