    why would you use the word “HOURS” which is a specific and finite 60 minute time division to mean “BOOKINGS” or “SLOTS”? – which are by definition not time limited in duration.

    You don’t “set” an “hour” – there are 24 of them in any given day and they are set in concrete.

    Just the first random sentence I just pulled out of documentation…
    “Select the calendar. If your calendar has default availability it can be changed just as you added it.”

    How is anyone supposed to make ANY sense of that sentence? I have zero idea what it’s even trying to tell me. The whole documentation is like that!

    To be clear I’m talking abut the |CHECKIN| field – it’s correctly formatted in |DETAILS| but you can’t send all this extra garbage to my clients -about calendar ID and so on – it looks COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL – nor do I want my clients or competitors knowing what my total number of reservations is!?!?!?

    Oh NO WAY. COME ON!
    I’ve changed settings to European date format, but in the email templates it’s sending notifications to the client in US DATE format still!?!?

    Need to fix this otherwise this plugin is unusable – you can’t be sending gobbledegook nonsense reminders to my customers that have unintelligible dates in them – the date is the key element of the reminder???? How do I fix this? URGENTLY? If I can’t use this plugin then you’ve wasted about 10 hours of my unpaid time trying to get this thing set up … need to hear back from you urgently in the next 4 hours …

    Also – selecting a date in the calendar scrolls the entire calendar off the screen – what on earth is with this thing?

    I can set appointment times for 4pm but not 4:30 pm??? It’s like there are some settings fro “openign hours” hidden in the system or something??

    What on earth is wrong with this?? How can this app possibly have so many 5 star ratings when it doens’t seem to work?

    Ummm … yeah. What’s “GD” ??? How do I “update the gd library” on the server??!?!?

    I’m on wordpress and I have no idea why you are referencing “conversions”!??!

    But yeah, look it was nice of you to reply to this fully 17 days after I posted it with “it MAY BE this solves it” and after have already uninstalled your useless plugin.

    Must remember to rate this one star …

    Hey, I’d just like to thank you for all the excellent support I’ve received here. ON top of all my time that you’ve wasted already, it really is inspirational to know that there are all these developers out there pushing half-arsed and untested products that don’t work on the marketplace and then refusing to communicate about any of the aspects of their code that don’t work.

    I first raised this ticket FIVE DAYS AGO – what exactly have you been doing all this time? Other than ignoring all the people you have harmed, I mean. Completely hopeless – uninstalling and you’re getting a VICIOUS 1 star review for this.

    to be clear, when I say 1.7em line height – I mean the top and the bottom 15% of all the numerals is cut off. It counts up in a much smaller font which seems to be the font size everything is actually windowed for, but then it switches to the larger font and the numbers don’t display properly.
    But y’know I could have saved all THAT time typing that if I’d been able to attach a simple screenshot … not happy right now …

    also there was no way to edit the outer odometer container once added to WPBakery AAAND the only way to add the 2nd and 3rd odometers was to twice clone the first odometer within the container. Has this thing actually been tested?

    ABSOLUTELY NO WAY!! You’ve designed an ecommerce platform that doesn’t send standard enhanced ecommerce events to Analytics. Why on God’s green earth should I have to have a thankyou page to track purchases? You should be passing this data as an event through to analytics directly.

    And how is doing that going to pass the transaction VALUE back to analytics if I’m just tracking a thankyou page???

    ANY support or feedback that actually suggested you understood how ecommerce works or what your clients’ imperatives are MIGHT get you a better than 1 star rating, but right now I’m looking at you as yet another ecommerce platform that locks its users into a substandard analytics setup, thereby constraining their entire potential future success.
