Yes, that is definitely something which I would like to. In addition an option to open page in separate tab if you do not use image or “read more” button

I Can confirm to have the same issue. Charts are not loading automatically when landing on the page. Instead you need to refresh the page a wait around 2-3 seconds for the content to appear

No, I don’t , still I use only my credentials on the same machine/browser so that would not be related. I have done some further diginin and believe that this might have been related to the customer snipped I’ve added to force first and last name to be displayed instead of user login.

Just to confirm if this is a fix for the issue I’m facing before you release new update or is this workaround to hide the plugin from the admin menu for none administrators?

I’ve tested this on 3 different sites with different themes and on all have the same problem.

If there is no way to fix it, could you please release snipped so that I can hide the wpdevart section on the admin side bar to everyone apart from administrators.

The role management does not seems to be working at all.

At the moment when I define the role in the role management tab in your plugin only users in this particular role are able to create charts no other roles. So for example as administrator if I provide access to subscribers but then ability to create charts are removed from my profile as administrator and provided only to subscriber role so permission management process do not work

I forgot to add that my application enforces login meaning that only registered users are able to view and subscribe to the content.

Looking at other trails I conclude that functionality works well for open applications when you need to enter an email manually, this is not the case for closed applications where users log in and have their email address stored in the user profile.

I’ve looked at AlertMe! setting subscriber tabs information is being registered correctly in there with users and their email addresses appearing correctly and the pages they have subscribed to. Email is also always confirmed. In addition, going to the “manage subscriptions” page everything looks also fine from the user’s perspective. Module correctly registered subscriptions and alow to unsubscribe accordingly.

The only problem is with the notification itself. I use the Post SMTP plugin to track the logs of the emails and the only thing that is being registered is when someone subscribes to the page (administrative notification – you have a new subscriber) but is newer delivered with the following message “No recipient forward path has been supplied”. Any other notifications which should be triggered – the ones to the user when they subscribe/unsubscribe or when the page is updated are never triggered.

Any assistance in regards to this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Have you had the chance to look at the above? Where exactly do you configure the recipient of ” You have New Subscriber email” I’m also not sure whether notifications are send to subscribers themselves, I’ve tested it with my account then edited pages I subscribed to multiple times and have not received even one email. If you subscribe to the page does it have to be edited by someone else or the email should be triggered even if you edit the page yourself?

Hi exactly the same issue as above.
Everything was working fine before recent update. Since then the Elementor menu is loading continuously. I’m able to skip it by clicking on edit header and then again edit the page but at that point Elementor blocks do not work correctly.
