Hope it’s okay to bump this question as I’m looking for something similar.
I have a custom post type and I’m using Advanced Custom Fields to add a date field to posts. I’d like a notification to be sent either on the specified date, or a designated time period before the date (perhaps 30 days for example?).
Hope that all makes sense! If you need any more detail, let me know.
