I didn’t notice it happening after an update, but I did update to the latest version of the plugin when it was released.
Yesterday, after noticing that the plugin doesn’t work and after I tried troubleshooting with the solutions I found listed in the support pages, I updated to the latest version of WP, but no success.
I will ask the server admin to check if there are other errors that I cannot acces, but there is no PHP error log written on the server as far as I can see.
