I didn’t notice it happening after an update, but I did update to the latest version of the plugin when it was released.
Yesterday, after noticing that the plugin doesn’t work and after I tried troubleshooting with the solutions I found listed in the support pages, I updated to the latest version of WP, but no success.
I will ask the server admin to check if there are other errors that I cannot acces, but there is no PHP error log written on the server as far as I can see.

There are pop-ups that should show up on every page, including the frontpage. They have been working up until recently, then stopped. They even have conversions, which means they were showing up previously.

They are definitely published and active ??

@getbrave I have checked, and the current installed version is 0.3.5. There are no cache plugins installed.
