Your assumption is correct. This is no longer supported as of our 4.x version. If you need to use the do_action() format for your site, you would need to use one of our older versions of the plugin.

Thanks for the information. You’re right, it looks like the div is wrapping around the other elements on the page. I’m going to escalate this issue to our developers so that they can see the issue first hand. I’ll get back with you as soon as I hear back from the team.

Are you seeing internal server errors when you make any changes, using the theme customizer, or just specific changes? If you could share with us the changes you’re making, that would be appreciated. Also, what’s the error you’re seeing after making changes? If you could send a screenshot of the issue, I’d like to pass it along to our developers.

Would you be able to send us an example URL so that we can investigate the issue? If you could enable AddThis, so that we can look into why the shortcodes aren’t working, that would be ideal. Also, we’ve just released an update to our plugin, (4.0.3) which addressed some bugs. Could you try updating to that plugin to see if the problem persists?

Sorry for the issue you were experiencing with the plugin. We just released some changes with our 4.0.2 version, which should resolve the issues the plugin was having with some themes. Let us know if you’re still having issues once you update to our latest version.
