If you activate any of the tools from the AddThis Tool Gallery, it overrides the Smart Layers code you have on the page. It looks like you’ve activated the Original Sharing Buttons within the AddThis Tool Gallery (https://www.addthis.com/dashboard#gallery), which is overriding the Smart Layers tools you’ve added previously. We offer the same Smart Layers tools within the Tool Gallery, so you can activate the tools there instead (if you’d like to keep the Original Sharing Buttons activated). If you aren’t using the Original Sharing Buttons, feel free to deactivate them from the Tool Gallery and then the Smart Layers tools should reappear.

The changes you make via the dashboard (https://www.addthis.com/dashboard#gallery) should be nearly instantaneous. Could you send us your AddThis profile ID and the AddThis code you’re using on your staging server?
