In reply to: [Smart Slider 3] Text layer is overextending background layer on mobile viewThank you so much!
It was indeed the theme’s CSS conflict. I really appreciate your help, you guys have one of the best Supports for a WordPress plugin I’ve experienced so far.
Hope you both have a great one.

Here is what I see in the editor:
Here is what I see on mobile:
Not sure what I’m doing wrong but it seems like everything but the font-size is updating.
Thanks,
LelandHi Yash,
Can you check again? We believe it to be an intermittent issue. If it does happen again, can you take a screenshot of the console and share that?
Thanks,

In reply to: [WordPress Share Buttons Plugin – AddThis] Share counts dissappearedHi @fmevans ,
I just checked your configuration and it was indeed a setting error. I just made the fix for you so now the share counts should be showing on your pages:

In reply to: [WordPress Share Buttons Plugin – AddThis] Share counts dissappearedHi @fmevans,
We are still working to resolve the issue where Facebook is not reporting on HTTP share counts. However, feel free to send over an example URL so that I can take a look and make sure that there are no other issues going on in your specific case.
Thanks,

Yes, and we have good news. After discussing with Facebook, we have determined a possible solution which we are working on implementing in the next 2 weeks.

In reply to: [WordPress Share Buttons Plugin – AddThis] Disable plugin on learnpress pagesHi Joseph!
Thanks for contacting AddThis Support ??
If you sign up for an AddThis account and connect the account to the plugin, you can then start managing your website tools from the AddThis.com dashboard.
With our dashboard, you’re able to manage the pages where you want our tools to only show or not show:

In reply to: [WordPress Share Buttons Plugin – AddThis] Twitter auto follow disabled?Hi there!
Thanks for contacting AddThis Support ??
This is the official Twitter Follow integration which we are using for their button experience.
However, when clicked, it doesn’t necessarily force the user to follow the other user. They will still have to click the follow button again in that dialog (https://www.screencast.com/t/OLueJ5Ow) for the follow to happen.
Thanks,
LelandHi @quocvo ,
Unfortunately, there’s not a way to customize the Pinterest modal at this time. Once clicked, the Pinterest modal is processed on Pinterest’s end so there’s no available setting on our end where you can change this.
Thanks,
LelandThanks for sharing your feedback @cnxsoft, this has actually been talking about with our team. We are thinking about implementing a toggle button in a future release so users can switch the AMP compatibility on/off.

In reply to: [WordPress Share Buttons Plugin – AddThis] How do I disable AddThis on AMP?Great to hear @csaldanha!
It’s always a pleasure to help ??
Hi @ericka90 ,
The AddThis plugin is currently not compatible with the AMP for WP plugin. However, we just made an update ~30 mins ago where we won’t activate our AMP buttons unless you have the official AMP plugin activated.
Thanks,
Leland
