Thanks for the reply and yes it helps clear the confusion regarding the onboarding process. It appears that the credentials we used were one of the user accounts created in the main business account. I’ve conveyed this information to my client. We’ll hopefully be able to complete the integration process with the original business account credentials now.
I hope you don’t mind if I keep this thread open until we’ve finished the integration process.
