it’s easy to downgrade but my goal is to have crispy photos so customer can choose the products.

I found out the problem is on Android phones only. iPhones do open it in full resolution.

Any idea why that might happen?

i tried everything and cleared and disabled cache but with no success.

ipanoram has a great feature that allow to add link of the image instead of uploading so I uploaded the image outside my server https://i.ibb.co/yFbLZq8/dimal-trweb.jpg

I still have this problem. on mobile the resolution is much lower. can some try my image link? if the problem persists than is something with the plugin itself.

i figure it out too. I do just like you explained and delete the “-scale” word from url in ipanorama.

on desktop it loads my original high resolustion photo but on mobile it loads a scaled one or a lazy photo. ??

cant find anything that might cause it. Looks like it lazy loads on mobile.

hi, did you manage to block the homepage as well?

I tried everything without disabling my tracking plugin but could not have the tracking number synced. cannot disable my tracking plugin for now.

Can you please check my screen shot and give an idea why the tracking number is synced under the address? some are synced and i did not change anything.

yes on some older orders i see the tracking numbers. There are some older who doesnt show tracking also. Its like random

I also have a tracking plugin. I will have a look if its that who cause ttis problem.

do you get the tracking number (you put on etsy) on wordpress?

i believe we have to start searching for a new theme. i really liked Sinatra and hate to change it but i also noticed a bug on checkout page. had to write address may times to proceed with the order.

try on incognito browsing with no login. i had same problem but i realized is because you are logged in as admin

@brankoconjic Good to hear that. WP compatibility is enough. For a free theme, Sinatra is pretty perfect already.
