In reply to: [bpost shipping] Tracking emails for international shipmentsAs a sender with many customers in the Netherlands I can only strongly disagree with your reply.
First of all, the bPost tracking provide suffisant information for our Dutch customers. And if not, it provides a cross reference for customers to track it somewhere else.
Secondly, at this moment there is no way to automatically send tracking emails to customers, which means we have to do this manually and it’s a time consuming process.
At this moment, customers do not receive tracking emails from bPost nor from DPD/DHL. So in many cases they have no idea what is going on.
I don’t see the point of not extending the bPost email notifier to customers in for example the Netherlands. Combined with the unpredictable delivery times, I tend to choose a different solution.Fixed. Don’t know if it was an error on our end or bPost’s end but would like to know..
An error appears (error 56: OpenSSL SSL_read: error:14095126:SSL routines:ssl3_read_n:unexpected eof while reading, errno 0). Please verify it in your Shipping Manager (https://www.bpost.be/ShmBackEnd/private)
The plugin has been disabled because the connection to the API failed. Do not forget to re-enable it when you set the good credentials

In reply to: [bpost shipping] Bpost shipping : checkout does not workSame for me, doesn’t work. What a terrible experience this is.
Hello,
Our Curl version is 7.29
Yesterday we had zero issues, we could print all labels in Woocommerce.
Today everything seems to work too for us, while we did not make any changes since the problem occured.- This reply was modified 5 years, 4 months ago by adistrib.
