We’re truly sorry to hear about the inconvenience you’ve experienced. However, what you’ve described shouldn’t be possible. Once the widgets are turned off, no code is loaded at all, and we don’t overwrite or interfere with the code of any other plugins. Breaking any third-party settings is something we take very seriously and is highly unlikely.
We would never want our users to face any issues, and we’d love the opportunity to investigate this further for you.

Thank you for sharing your concerns with us.
We’ve added a checkbox option where users can choose to install and activate Nexter after seeing the prompt “Install & Activate Nexter Theme” However, you can easily switch back to your previous theme without losing any of the styles or layout.

That being said, we understand your frustration, and we appreciate your feedback. We’ll be releasing an update soon that allows users to skip the theme activation part entirely.
In the meantime, we kindly request you to give The Plus Addons for Elementor another try. We are confident you’ll love the variety of widgets it offers and the ease it brings to your design process.

We apologize for the confusion caused by the theme installation checkbox issue. We’ve just verified, and our team is working on a fix for the onboarding process, which will be released soon.
Regarding the slow loading of the Elementor editor and the “can’t edit” info box, we understand how frustrating that can be. The Plus Addons for Elementor is designed to work with most Elementor-optimized themes. However, with Nexter, you get a Free Elementor Theme Builder, which allows for greater flexibility. You can easily switch back by activating your old theme.
Slow loading issues can depend on multiple factors. Could you confirm that you have a memory limit of at least 512 MB from the hosting side? We have outlined a total of 21 possible ways to fix this issue here: 21 Ways to Fix Elementor Editor Stuck on Loading Screen.
As we speak, we are working on a faster dashboard, a more optimized flow, and the most fast Elementor widgets ever. We are also releasing 1000+ Elementor templates made with The Plus Widgets. I am sure you’re going to love our upcoming updates.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues while updating. Can I confirm whether you’re using our PRO version or just the FREE version?
There can be multiple reasons for the plugin not updating. In most cases, the Free version won’t be an issue as it’s hosted on www.ads-software.com, and it’s the same for all WP users.
But for the Pro version, please check:
- Ensure that the license key is activated.
- If you have recently migrated from staging to live or made any domain changes, it’s necessary to reactivate the license on the new domain.
