Hi, thanks for the info. I have updated to 8.2.5 and now I’m able to see the server events being detected. However, the Received From column in the FB Test Events only showing “Server” with a note that’s it’s deduplicated (instead of “Browser & Server”)

Anyway when tested with pixel helper, the browser events still working properly. Have you got the new update on the PRO version as well? which PRO version has this new update that makes the Conversion API working on my site?

The main intention is to give a alternative way to send events to FB when the user using ad blocker or they are using iOS 14.5 up and ask the app not to track.

Hi, asking on this topic as well as I also experience the same issue. I have followed the tutorial and only getting browser events during the testing in the events manager. I got the unique event ID and everything and also checked on the event overview table to check the number of events detected from the browser and server. The server one always shows 0.

Mau memberi update lagi, problem ini belum benar2 solved kalau tidak pakai cloudflare brotil compression. Saya coba di domain yang lain, gzip sudah aktif (file .js sudah berhasil di compress) namun file .json woongkir tetap di transfer over the network secara full.

dengan melihat chrome dev. tools, di web saya sudah terlihat file size untuk .js yang ditransfer melalui network lebih kecil dari resource size (file aslinya) menunjukkan .gzip compression sudah bekerja.

For some reason, untuk file .json gzip conversionnya tidak berfungsi.. apa mungkin gzip tidak berpengaruh untuk file .json?

Hi mas Hopiholaworld, saya belum berhasil juga ngulik dari sisi server. Masnya test gzipnya udah jalan drmana? akhirnya saya pakai cloudflare dan aktifkan compression brotil, jadi yg manage compressionnya dari si cloudflare. Lumayan improve banget gtmetrix scorenya. Mungkin bisa dicoba kalau gagal terus enable gzipnya..

Info dari hosting gzip compression sudah aktif, tapi di gtmetrix dan page insight masih selalu di highlight database json woongkir yang belum tercompress. Apa bapak punya contoh situs yang telah berhasil compress database woongkir?

I see! I think this was the problem, once I lifted the maintenance status everything works fine! Maybe it’s beneficial to put the information about this cron things in your plugin FAQ/description.

Now I’m also aware of how cron works, it’s only triggered during web visit. And for low traffic website like mine that could be a problem. Do you know if a visit from a uptimerobot will trigger the cron task?

I forgot to mention, that my website is currently under maintenance mode. Do you think it might cause this error?
