Perhaps I did not explain myself clearly enough, nevertheless I managed to move forward in my issue to finding a solution.

The final obstacle is that there is no way to choose which product the customer is reviewing. As the shortcode is on a /product-reviews/ page showing all of the reviews. So now when the customer wants to leave a review, there is no option to choose for which product.

The same has happened to me as well. The contact form works, but not the way it should. Leaving customers confused whether they’ve sent the email or not.

The confirmation doesn’t come up anymore.

Hoping for a fast resolution to this as all my websites use contact form 7.

So the error is gone for whatever reason, therefore it’s working fine!
