    WordPress Text Widget has been updated and a visual editor has been added there. So, pasting a shortcode there on a visual editor tab will not work. You need to paste the shortcode on the text tab. You can find the text tab in the top-right corner of the text widget.

    We have checked the URL you shared. It seems your logo size is Smaller than the Cropping size specified in the General Settings tab of the logo carousel. If your logo size is smaller than the cropping size, then you can do two things. Firstly, you can disable cropping. Second, you can enable Image Upscaling feature while image cropping is enabled. This way even if your image is smaller than the cropping size, it will be upscaled while cropping to match the cropping size. You can find all these settings in the general settings.

    By the way, we have tested our plugin and could not reproduce the issue you are facing. Everything is working fine on our end. So, if you do not have any problem, you may share the link where you used the plugin and it is causing the issue. Then we could dig deep to find the cause of the problem. We think some other plugin may conflicting with our plugin.

    So, for the time being, our suggestion is that you create a new carousel and use it on a new page and see if it works. However, if it breaks, then try to deactivate other plugins temporarily and try again. Hopefully, it will be fixed. then activate other plugins one by one and see which plugin conflicts with our plugin so that we can fix the conflict.

    However, if everything above fails, please try to give us the link where you used the plugin so that we can find the cause of the problem and fix it.

    we are very sorry to know that you are facing a problem with our plugin. We have brought some improvement in this version such latest version of owl carousel etc. We did test the plugin on our server and did not see any issue. We think the plugin might have conflicted with other plugins on your site that use an older version of owl carousel. You can try it by deactivating other plugins one by one and see which one creates the problem. By the way, you can also share your website link, and we will try to figure out the problem.

    If image cropping width or height which are under “General Settings” is larger than the logo width/height, then the logo doesn’t show up. So, please try changing the cropping width/height or using large logo.
