Hang on… light just went on. When you say custom made themes you mean that they didn’t use any of the free available themes to start off with (and then created a child theme from this theme) you mean that they actually made them from scratch… aha.

Just they all looked so similar with similar features I assumed they had used the same original theme

As I said if I type in ‘Lights’ it says ‘No themes match your request’. So… what should I write in the search field to find this theme?

How can I find this theme and download it? Can you please send me a link? I can’t find any theme with this name or any theme that looks anything like this?

I had hoped to use both small case and upper case in my menu (like Start, Biography etc.) so… not sure what to do.

Also if you look at my css through firebug you can see that I haven’t specified upper case only so I don’t know why it’s doing this. You will also see that I have specified the widget headings to be red but yet they remain grey…

So I’m still confused

Thanks Esmi but when I do this I only see the css I wrote myself and I really can’t find anything making the menu small caps (I wasn’t aware that you could control upper or lower case with css?)

I also want to make the headings of my Widget red to distinguish them from the other text and I did find the css for this – I have now managed to change the font and style with this code but when I put in the code for the color red (see code below) it remains grey.

Why is this do you know?

One more thing, this might sound really silly but I can’t figure out how to change the letters in my menu (top nav) to small caps rather than capitals, I’ve looked under menu appearance but can’t find this anywhere, have you any idea how to do this?

Hi again,

Music Playlist is working and looking great so thanks a billion for that. I’m now trying to get the video box to work, I have uploaded some videos but I get this error message

Directory /hsphere/local/home/amandla/test.michellehedberg.net/wp-content/uploads/2011/12 does not contain flv files.

Does this mean the videos have to be in flv format rather than m4v which my videos are in?

I assume the plug-in doesn’t support m4v? If it doesn’t, could you recommend a program (preferably a free one) that converts m4v to flv for Mac? There’s so many programs out there, most of them are quite costly and the ones that are free I’m reluctant to download unless someone knows they are safe and could recommend them .

A notification of an update of your plug-in appeared i WordPress so I clicked to install it. I then got a message saying the update was successful but when I went to try to make changes to my playlist this error message came up

‘Error! The configuration file not be found. You need to reinstall this skin.’

What does this mean? I don’t even know WHICH skin they mean???

Do I have to reinstall the whole plugin again or just one skin, or an entire folder? But in that case WHICH skin and WHERE exactly does it go and will I have to make it writable again?

This is a nightmare…

Thank you so much for getting back to me but I still can’t get it to work so I’m at my wits end. I have made all the relevant files writable (the folders were initially 755 and the files were 644 but I changed them to 777 and 666) but when I click on the play list I created and then ‘Change Skin Options” a pop-up box appear where you can make various selections, but whatever changes I try to make (such as un-clicking the auto play option) it just says ‘Could not be saved. Try again’.

It gives me 2 skin options Compact Mp3 player 1.0 and Default player but exactly the same thing happens with both of them.

As I mentioned, my main concern is the auto play, I really want that to stop and I would love to make the player black to go with the rest of the color scheme for my website rather than blue.

I contacted my web hosting provider and they went through everything with me saying that everything looks in order and that I have made the files you suggested writable so… I really don’t know what to do now. It appeares to be such a great plug-in, exactly what I was looking for but.. I’ve spent 2 weeks trying to get it to work now without any luck.

Would it be possible to email you my details and you could perhaps have a look for yourself logging in to my WordPress?
