@mrrohitbhardwaj Have I been blissfully unaware that a gravity form can’t live in a popup, or did something change on their end recently that necessitates a different plugin solution? For what it’s worth the form is also using divi gravity forms builder and ajax is enabled.

Thanks, unfortunately I’m not seeing the same result in all of my different browsers, logged in or out. I disabled breeze cache after clearing all cache out and enabling cloduflare’s development mode. Something is injecting display:none for this block of the form code. It could be a divi add-on for showing gravity forms in the page builder. When I insert the forms shortcode into a divi code block it seems to show up.

@missveronicatv I reset the password via admin after copying the email address from WP users but still the same issue.

@ultimatemembersupport user_password is the Meta Key for the password field. This login has worked for 900 other users.

Interesting @missveronicatv – maybe it’s a cache configuration I’ve missed with cloudways. @borisv ill check but may push back for this particular login and make it without the apostrophe.

I solved this issue. What happened was when I bought the premium plugin and uploaded it the wp-content/plugins/download-manager folder was named download-manager-2 causing it to not be found.

@flothemesplugins How do I send admin login credentials for you to look into it? I have an admin account setup ready to share. I can contact via flothemes website if you prefer.

@flothemesplugins No worries, yes, capturing utm values of incoming url is ideal. For now I went with hard-coding hidden fields for the solution. There may be a universal js solution, but the field names make it more difficult (the underscore vs hyphen).

Woocommerce product import/export will also import GTIN field: (Meta: hwp_var_gtin)
