Hi @meteor1ecwid thank you so much !
Hi @joannaecwid
Thank you so much for finding this, and you’re right, changing that setting for the Ecwid block on the front page works perfect for us.
I’ll mark as resolved.
Have a good day!
Hi @joannaecwid ,
My apology for missing your messages. I tried uninstalling/re-installing the Ecwid WP plugin, but the problem persists.
Here is the code from our Ecwid store page (at /store):
<!-- wp:columns {"align":"wide"} --> <div class="wp-block-columns alignwide"><!-- wp:column --> <div class="wp-block-column"><!-- wp:ecwid/store-block {"show_categories":true,"show_search":true,"chameleon_color_button":null,"chameleon_color_foreground":null,"chameleon_color_price":null,"chameleon_color_link":null,"chameleon_color_background":null} --> [ecwid widgets="productbrowser categories search" default_category_id=""] <!-- /wp:ecwid/store-block --></div> <!-- /wp:column --></div> <!-- /wp:columns -->
Thanks in advance!
Hi @nikitaanisimov ,
Saving all settings again, and re-generating a new shortcode has fixed this problem again. It seems arbitrary.
In the meantime, do you know the class name of the container for the auto-scroll loading icon so we can style it? I’ll try to find it on the page before it’s finished loading.
Thanks in advance,
PaulHi @nikitaanisimov ,
We have this (similar) problem again… Our settings are “Scroll,” but we’re getting “Load More,” even after clearing caches and generating a new shortcode.
See our page with one gallery here: https://poodledunes.com/family-pictures/
Thanks in advance,
PaulUpdate: I made some changes in Global Settings ? “General” & “Gallery Views,” generated a new shortcode, and tags, search, and order-by are working now.
I can’t remember everything I changed, but perhaps there was something I missed with the first shortcode gallery view…
Hello again @nikitaanisimov ,
I looked into this a bit more… there are no JavaScript errors. The “search_line” div is absent in the live website. This is also true if I click Preview from the Gallery page ( i.e., https://poodledunes.com/bwg_gallery/all-photos-with-tag-selection/ ); however, if I click to edit the gallery, and then select a Preview ( e.g., https://poodledunes.com/bwg_gallery/all-photos-with-tag-selection/?bwg-preview-type=thumbnails_mosaic ), the tag selector is there.
Thank you again,
PaulThanks for your reply… I’ve just changed to a gallery of all photos, made sure the photos in that gallery have tags, and ensured the shortcode used on that page is:
[Best_Wordpress_Gallery id="9"]
(the tags option is turned on)

PaulHi @farroyob ,
Thanks for your help… I found that the keys weren’t showing under Google Cloud Platform ? <project> ? Credentials. Once I used the interface a bit, I saw the browser and server keys in this area– I removed API restrictions for both keys, and also the IP address restriction for the server key, since our website is served through Cloudflare.
Now it’s working.
Regards and thanks again,
PaulHi Arreane,
That fixed it–We had added the Metaslider block; I removed it and added the shortcode instead.
Thanks for your help!
PaulHi @yanex ,
Thank you– yes, I’ve uploaded a screenshot here: https://imgur.com/a/pULN2D3
PaulThank you… for some reason, the setting doesn’t work, but the CSS you provided worked.

In reply to: [Redirection] Redirection in db: where are the tables ? & why so many rows ?Thank you John… I unchecked logging via the plugin’s interface, and deleted the two log tables. Maybe I should have just emptied them instead, but I think this will be okay.

In reply to: [Smart Slider 3] Smart Slider 3 conflict with Ecwid plugin or embed codeHi @nextend_ramona ,
Thank you, I will do that. Since our website is in maintenance redirect mode, you’ll need a WP account to see the problem.
