Unfortunately the suggested means of changing the text color still does not work. I removed all the other class items just leaving the trigclass my_fancy_class to ensure nothing else was affecting the use of this but the text does not change its color.

I note your comments regarding the use of html but in fact this was taken from a reply you gave some while back to a question regarding setting more than one color in the title and in your reply you provided html to change color to red, green and blue. I just followed your advice. The startwrap and endwrap option in your documentation states it is a way of including html and adding strong – /strong here between the ” ” does cause the text to become bold without the html being visible. I thought this should also work for the text color but it does not.

I left the default tag as “Span” as it seems the need to use div only applied in certain cases, as with this using an iframe. It may be we would want to use it in other situations where span was more appropriate for general usage.

I have to say I was surprised that the documentation did not include a method for changing the title color, font, font size and weight. I appreciate that a plugin designer is possibly more concerned with the functional aspects, which is clear from the may options incorporated in a this very useful plugin but from a designers point of view, and indeed a client, the aesthetics are also important as well as functionality. Having a Title which does not match the color scheme or is in a font style or size not in keeping with the rest of the page styling makes it stand out like a sore thumb and does not please a client who wants his site to not only work but look good to visitors.

If you do have any other possible options up your sleeve do please let me know as both I and my client are very happy with how the plugin works and wish to use it, but are just unhappy with the way it looks without a color change or with color change, using html, this appearing on mouse-over.

Thank you for the very prompt reply. Unfortunately the work around does not work. The color does not change. I tried adding “important!” on the custom css as I know that sometimes works but to no avail. I also removed the “arrowright” from the trigclass to see if that would enable the color change but again no “joy”!
