Thanks for getting back.
It’s possible there are small differences, depends on what I need to look for.

However, only ‘significant’ difference is the Server API.
In test that is “LiteSpeed V6.9” and in production it’s “CGI/FastCGI”.

Does this give any clues?

@hispa2000 Did you find a solution? I have the same issue on production server, on the test server all is ok… :/
