Yeah I removed it from the path you mention above and the date and # of comments is not visible on the index (main page) of the site but if an individual post is clicked the date & the # of comments reappear.

I thought perhaps this was located somewhere in the single post page (single.php) but it’s pretty bare and I cannot locate anything there.

The easiest way would be to name the new header image the same as the old header image then upload it. Also you’ll probably want to make sure the size of the new header is the same as the old or you could run into some trouble…if the new header is bigger & you want to keep it that way then you’ll have to jump into the code

Thanks for your help Otto. Do you have any recommendations in terms of hosts where I would not run into this issue? I can try calling bluehost and telling them to fix their servers but I’m guessing their going to tell me to go jump off of a cliff

I had the same problem but luckily I have more then one login name and it allowed me to login with one of my lesser used login names.

Also it occurs almost every single time I create a new post or edit an old post

But the more research I do the more I see people having issues w/ this wp-cron so there must be something to it…?

I almost scarred to ask another question, but I still do not understand how I change my post background to transparent.

I tried background:#transparent & background:transparent and the post background still remains white…

I am the original poster and I did not understand exactly what syncbox was talking about and that is why I asked for help again. I am learning as I go and I appreciate those who help with out acting like I am ‘wasting their time’.
