I’ve been trying on and off for a year or so to connect my Jetpack, it was added by my former assistant, despite researching it I can’t see what it brings to my site, anywya willing to give it a shot.

but getting this message:

Your Jetpack has a glitch. We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please try again later, if the issue continues please contact support with this message: xml_rpc-32601
Try connecting again.
Error Details: The Jetpack server could not communicate with your site’s XML-RPC URL. If you have the W3 Total Cache plugin installed, deactivate W3 Total Cache, try to Connect to WordPress.com again, reactivate W3 Total Cache, then clear W3 Total Cache’s cache.

have checked the comments above but they don’t explain what I have to do, ideas welcome please.

Hi, after we switched to 4.1 our adverts disappeared, in the widgets page the right-hand side list of active widgets has vanished and there is no functionality to make or upload our widgets, anyone any ideas please on how to fix? it creates about 8 errors for all our 18,000 pages, a lot of errors! also loss of revenue.
