Hey Takayukister,

I downloaded and installed the development version that you sent me a link for but the issue still persists ??

I tried disabling all the plugins to see if that helped as suggested, but it did not. I just don’t understand what else it could be?? Are there other known issues / conflicts that the plugin has?

Would looking at the HTML of the page help at all or is this more on the PHP side of things? Once again the link is https://www.maxwellresidence.com/contact/

Does anyone know of a solution to this, or a replacement plugin to achieve the same results? If this is an issue with the latest release then when can we expect a patch / update?

Yeah, I found that, and tried the different suggestions made in that post, but none of them worked. After reading through different topics, installing Contact Form 8 as well, and even configuring SMTP settings to see if that helped, I still have no success.

Any other ideas?

Well we upgraded the plugin from version 1.1.0 to 1.2.1. so I don’t think that the db upgrades were necessary since they are not listed in the change log.

We’ve since decided to downgrade back to our previous version (1.1.0) and everything works like a charm. I think we will attempt the upgrade again, but in the meantime we know that we have a solution, albeit not the one we want ??

The shortcode that is calling the gallery in its page is: [nggallery id=11]

When you ask if we’ve called the gallery mainpage do you mean:
1. rename the gallery to ‘mainpage’ and then create it
2. create a new gallery with the same content but with ‘Main Page (no parent)’ as the create new page option?
