Tried deactivating all plugins, then activating gravity forms and this plugin which all works fine.
I then tried activating the other plugins one by one and issue kept happening, it seemed to be an issue with LiveChat 4.2.0 I have updated to LiveChat 4.4.0 and its fixed the issue.

Tried that and still getting the message, when we first installed it (with no other plugins) the error came up and I realised that as Gravity wasn’t installed that might be the issue, so deactivated installed Gravity forms and it was up ok. We then worked through the other plugins installing them to replicate current environment and when i activated Wordfence the error came back up. I have tried deactivating it and reactivated it (with gforms active) but error stays, also tried deactivating wordfence but still error is there.

Ok ran on test site and as I installed the plugins initially was ok, but when i added wordfence I got the following issue (even when I deactivate wordfence I still get the error)

Sorry Tang apoligies for giving your the other plugin error code, however I am also getting a Critical error on your plugin as well (we had been using the other one but it gives a critical error as well). I will get the correct error related to your plugin and send across, we are also testing in on separate install.
