    Hi,

    I am aware that you are now on holiday.

    I posted a reply 2 days ago at the premium support.

    Currently and since I posted my last reply, I have not been able to add any products or update them as the attribute values are not saving for some reason.

    I have received a reply from support but it has not been adequate, the response was that there must be a conflict with the theme or plugins.

    I have reiterated a couple of times that the plugins and theme installed are compatible with WFCM as per your compatibility pages on your website.

    I have had issues resolved but mostly these merely have been CSS/visual related and not have had an adequate response to the core issues that am facing.

    Can you please have the issue of attribute values being saved asap so at least being able to add products to my site. The functionality works fine in native woocommerce by admin but not in WCFM.

    Yes, was comparing different solutions and found yours to suit me best so I sent a message on your site through this page: https://www.wooshark.com/contact-us but never received a reply after waiting 2 to 3 days.

    Thanks for the reply and I have some more questions.

    1- – no this will not interfer with the already import products manually or using other solution, the new products will be distinguished and will not have any effect on the old products

    a) Ok, so when I install wooshark, this will be independent of all the woocommerce product pages?

    b) You mean it will be on a different page than my woocommerce products I added manually or imported through other means other than the wooshark import?

    c) After I install wooshark, will I be able to use both the standard woocommerce add products and also wooshark if I wanted to import products?

    d) Will I still be able to add and remove woocommerce products anytime separately from wooshark import?

    2- you can remove the plugin, no issue so far, if you have any specific doubt, please let me know so that II can clarify it to you

    a) Does this mean that the products will remain and it will be a manual process to remove correct?

    3) I have a plugin that changes the standard woocommerce order numbers with prefix and suffix, will it work with that if a wooshark imported product was sold to show the new format of the order numbers?

    Thanks for the prompt reply, I just wish I didn’t have to come on here to inform you about the delays.

    I receive support from Magento 2 developers, Drupal and Social Engine and this is the first time I have come across this type of support, I hope it is a one-off.

    I actually bought all your plugins after doing some research on your forums and here and thought the support was up to par so no idea what has happened in my situation.

    Thanks for getting back to me though and hope I can get some help with the issues highlighted in the ticket.
