And I’m not shure about old registered users (thats registered before installing plugin).
They are all in Subscribers list. But subscription checkboxes in their profiles are not checked. Will they get any mail? Or should I manually check them to subscribe?

Links like <a href="\\server\folder"> should work in brouser if your computer is within some local network. It’s matter of network configuration not WordPress.

Your can add custom CSS in WP-Table Reloaded plugin options

Something like this

for search box area

And this one
.dataTables_info {font-size: 16px;}
for text how many entries

Import from CSV to WP-table works good for me with Russian characters. You should probably check encoding of your CSV-file.
If Excel gives you win-1251 you should convert it manually to UTF-8.
I hope your blog has UTF-8 encoding of course.
