Hi,
Thank you for your prompt response. I disabled that function in your plugin and everything works fine now. It was always enabled before and we never had any issues so far. I guess it started to conflict with another plugin or the theme itself after some new update.

I see. Thank you for your quick response. On another side, I understand that Shippo does not sync their shipping rates in real time, via API, with websites. How does your plugin work in this sense?

Thank you for your prompt reply. I have in mind developing a site which has to pull information from a specific source in real time but it also has to send back data as for the checkout process, selection of different options that can modify the base price, etc. It’s going to be a travel agency. When a customer selects a tour, my site must show a price (pulled from the source). When he/she chooses one or more additional options or he picks a date on the calendar the source has to confirm availability and additional pricing. Once the order is placed, all the data contained in that order has to be sent to the source. Would your plugin do the job?

Not sure. We’ve been having some other, less important, issues and glitches with your plugin during the time we’ve had it installed on our website, so we decided to try with a different plugin for now, even if the AIOWPS is having some features we like very much.

Yes, I had that feature enabled. However, it has nothing to do with my IP, as I tried using different IPs as well as different user accounts.
I can’t even enter to disable/enable any rule, as the plugin irreversibly logs me out as soon as I activate it.

Unfortunately, if it was that simple it would have been fixed by now ??
That was the first thing I checked. Actually it is the way I’ve kept it configured since the very beginning. I only have two boxes checked: Customer Completed Order email and Customer Invoice email.
In spite of this settings, the plugin is still generating an invoice even without “touching an order”. I had an order that remained “untouched” until eventually I had to cancel it (so, not completed and not invoicing the customer). Nevertheless, the next order skipped a number and went to the next invoice number, as an invoice had been generated.
Any suggestion, please?
