Thanks for your help. ?? I actually figured out what I was doing wrong. I had thought I had the site on a dedicated IP, but I mistakenly had another website set up with the same IP.

Once I removed the other site, everything worked really well, and quickly too!

It took me a bit to figure out where Step 4 is now located… if you go into the admin area of the subdomain in question, you should find it under this link: subdomain.yoursite.com/wp-admin/tools.php?page=domainmapping&updated=primary

I’m still trying to make this plugin work on my site since yesterday, so can’t help with the other Qs, sorry.
