can someone with WP.org _please_ respond to this issue?

the readme.txt in trunk shows 0.2b as the “stable tag”. i’m not aware of anything else needing to be done in order to change the “current version”

3 days later, and my plugin is still showing 0.1b

is there a way to send a message to a WP.org developer instead of posting to a forum and hoping somebody sees it?

i read that it takes 15min to detect the change, but i uploaded the new stuff last night.

i am also looking to learn how to delete a plugin from the repository.

any help is appreciated

so to get around not being able to import my entire repository in one action, i just exported all my tags to my local drive and recreated my repo one step at a time, by uploading to the trunk and then tagging on the server

the way my site is structured, there are only two main “sections” which are the “b” and “c”, and i dont use the pages feature of wordpress. (yet)

i’m typing the whole post in the editor and sometimes opening the “html view” when i want to use some specific tags or float an image to the left or something.

i’ve implemented the fix noted here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/55282?replies=15#post-303707 and will continue to monitor the problem to see if it continues.

k i figured this out, and it doesn’t involve mod_rewrite.

in /wp-includes/classes.php find this line (1079)

$this->category_structure = $this->front . 'category/';

and replace it with

$this->category_structure = $this->front . '';

and thats it! there may be some other issues with this i haven’t found, but it does change the links generated to categories by wordpress, and following those links brings up the correct archive page.

yes i was also looking for something exactly like countpost. does anybody have a copy?
