Please deactivate one plugin at a time to see which one is causing this issue. You can also do a theme test by switching to a default WordPress theme (twenty 15, 14 or 13).

1) Login as an affiliate
2) Go to “Creatives” from the affiliate dashboard
3) There is a section which shows all of your creatives – “The following creatives are available for publication”.
4) Click on one of them (under “NAME”). It will take you to a different page and reveal the HTML code for it.Forum: Plugins
