Hi, I believe the plugin is sending the email. But it’s not getting delivered. Please install a SMTP plugin and see how it goes. Here is a good SMTP plugin for WordPress.

Hi, the login information is sent instantly. Do you have the “Automatically approve a new affiliate” option enabled in the setting?

@xxxhoop, we have just released an update. You should be able to delete an affiliate record from the admin menu now.

@darrenchu, That error is displayed if you login from a WordPress user account which is not associated with any affiliate account. You can follow one of the two options to resolve this issue:

1) Log out of your current wp account (Example: admin) and login as an affiliate.

2) Open a different browser (where you are not logged in) and login as an affiliate.

Hi, There is another page (Store Affiliates) that shows a summary of the currently logged-in affiliate.
