OK. I am into the Admin. I renamed the plugin folder: plugin.deactivated which allowed me to access admin. All plugins are not active. I can now add them one at a time to try and eliminate the bad one(s).

When I disable the Gutenberg plugin, I have Public access to the posts which is the current status but in Admin, I get these errors:

No Social Media Plugins – However, the template produces links to social media which are initiated within the Joomla template. I have removed them to see what will happen.
