I turned off the Player Control but it still shows the icon on my video and also shows YouTube in the bottom corner!

We are not coders and hoping to find a theme that can meet at least 85% of our requirements but now we are in the middle of it. Is there any way we can get rid of those white borders on the right and left of the video?

We use our own video. Any way, I still can’t find OceanWP so we switched to Fortune but now I have some other issues related to this theme. One is the video had 2 white boarders on the right and left.

P.S. OceanWP coul dbe on www.ads-software.com but it’s not on WordPress.com

I see. No I didn’t try any other themes. The reason I don’t want to change is that a team has already agreed on the functions Swell offers especially on the homepage. We need the video for the header for example and the Technology space exactly the way it is now. twenty seventeen is not a good fit for our company and the other one doesn’t exist anymore.

I don’t think it has to do with the theme. I tried to use Elementor on other pages beside the homepage and it works fine. The problem is just with the homepage it seems.

It’s the Swell theme but I can’t find any information about the PHP version.

In that case I should be fine because I’ve a business plan and a .com domain. I don’t see why it is not loading then.

Thank you again! I think now I have an idea, I’m using a theme on WP.com not .org. I can create a page and all is fine but can’t edit the pages of existing theme.
