Why not try yourself?
There’s an excellent program out there called “Artisteer” which lets anyone build their own WordPress Themes, and you can customise almost every aspect of the theme.
Just search Google for Artisteer.
It is PAID FOR software, and the Demo unfortunately leaves “DEMO” watermarks over the template, but it’s reasonably priced and really easy to use.
