In reply to: [WooCommerce] Subscriptions Not Going ThroughI fixed the issue. I just needed to update some woocommerce plugins.
I guess there is no way to do this? It would be much faster to import all my product categories with all the necessary info (pics, images, ect) in one go than doing it one category at a time.

In reply to: [SSL for Logged In Users] Broke My SiteOkay, I’ve fixed the white screen of death. Still can’t login.
Okay, it seems if I update each product manually the switch from url to mp3 happens, but that’s still a pain.
Got it thanks.

In reply to: [Woocommerce CSV importer] issues with importCrictech, I agree. I purchased this with add-ons and had a horrific time with the variations. I’ve used lots of csv importers through many platforms and this was by far the most difficult. It took me nearly a month to fix each problem I encountered and with hardly any support. I emailed him and the response time became slower and slower, and then finally drifted off.
1. The directions need to be a whole lot more clearer. Even using the examples, and pretty much memorizing the directions from the site, it took me nearly a month to get each component I needed working. And even with the examples, I had add\do\pull-out-of-thin-air random things in order to get the variations working.
2. Customer service needs to be a whole lot better. I understand people are busy, but a simple “I got your email and will be looking into your problem within the next few days” is fine. And of course, following up.
As I’ve now got it working (knocking on wood), I probably won’t ask for a refund (still debating) because I’m going to use the plugin. But honestly, it shouldn’t be this hard for a product that has been purchased to work. I was quite excited when I discovered this product but my frustration and the lack of support has left me disappointed. If my bank account could have afforded it, I would have purchased the official expensive version from woocommerce.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product Tags – changing placement, formatOkay, I figured out how to create the line breaks (question #1). I still need help with #2 and I have a third question.
3. Is there anyway to change the order of the product tags? Instead of alphabetical – apples, bananas, carrots can I arrange it any way I want: carrots, apples, bananas. As of the moment, I am adding numbers to the tags but I’d rather not.
