I do consider your time, as a programmer I know what it takes. But your response is not satisfactory. If it had a more professional response, saying you will look at the bug, sorry for the inconvenience, etc. It would’ve been better, and would’ve increased the rating.
But seeing the response for others too (the “just doesn’t work”) which I agree it was blunt and didn’t say why.
I looked at the forum and caught that. But spent too much time trying different ways.
