I am already at the support form and it’s asking to input subject and issue description. Is there anything in particular you would like to see, or is it enough to indicate that other plugins not updating automatically until W3 Total Cache was deactivated?

Thank you Pierpaolo. I don’t have to update plugins manually any more. I just disabled W3 total cache and my plugin updated automatically. It works, finally!

I gained acces through the left navigation instead of through the tabs at top of the page. Don’t know why this happens though.

I actually just made it work. It turns out that YARPP looks for the featured image to display as thumbnails under related posts or articles so as we write or create a post we are supposed to set the feature image for that particular post. Before this, I thought that the feature image was a universal setting, so I just kept it empty.

I have copied the Yarpp template to my active themes and it still not working. My theme does accept thumbnails. Now, all is not completely lost. Although the pictures are not showing, the thumbnail boxes with the titles to the related posts are showing. Everything except the image. Could it be that I’m uploading the media wrong? Or is there some other place that I can tweak to show the images?

I’m having the same problem. I attach a unique or related picture as thumbnail on every post, but it doesn’t show on related articles under YARPP. Unlike you, I have no idea about coding or programing.
